DISPATCH

For all stocked items, orders will be despatched within 2-5 working days from placing an order. Please check the delivery tab on the product page for more details.

For furniture items, the lead time is 4-6 weeks, For Lampshades, the lead time is 10- 14 working days, For framed prints, the lead time is 5-14 days, as these items are hand crafted in our workshop on a bespoke basis.

SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, it can take between 1-3 working days from dispatch. For delivery to Europe, it can take between 3-5 working days from dispatch. For delivery to other international countries, it can take between 5-10 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will produce longer delivery times.

Delivery Information:

For deliveries within the UK, please allow 2-5 working days and note that the standard fee is £5.95 

Europe: Delivery will be calculated at checkout, starting at £15

USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand Delivery will be calculated at checkout, starting at £20

For shipping to all other countries, the cost will depend on the weight of the order. Please email the details of your order and shipping address to studio@kittymccall.com for an estimated quote.

International customers please note that All prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import duties which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you. Kitty McCall cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes and duties nor any loss incurred by you as a result.

NON-U.K. CUSTOMERS -

Please note we no longer collect taxes on orders placed by non uk customers. For NON-U.K. CUSTOMERS, this means Products may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities.

The products and the delivery service will be zero-rated  i.e. not subject to UK VAT.  As no VAT has been charged there is no tax to reclaim from us

 We are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes or BPFO addresses. We do not ship to hotel or forwarding company addresses.
