Kitty McCall is a creative studio and lifestyle brand offering bold, joyful art prints, textiles, homewares, and accessories designed by Catherine Nice. Each piece is inspired by nature, pattern, and vibrant colour.

Where are you based?

We are based in the UK, with a studio located in Folkestone.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We’re delighted to ship our art, homewares, and fabrics around the world—from London to Los Angeles. We partner with trusted local printers and framers in the UK, EU, USA, and beyond to ensure faster delivery and lower carbon emissions.

How are art prints shipped?

Unframed prints are shipped globally from the closest fulfilment partner to your location.
Framed prints are available to most destinations, including the UK, EU, USA, and Australia. We use local printers and framers to reduce shipping times and environmental impact.

What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Do you ship fabric internationally?

Yes! All fabric is printed to order and dispatched from the UK. If you're ordering from outside the UK, import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply once your parcel arrives in your country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Do I have to pay taxes or import duties?

If you're outside the UK, UK VAT will be automatically removed at checkout when you choose your local currency or enter a non-UK shipping address. Your local customs office or courier may charge import duties or taxes upon delivery. These are out of our control and vary by country.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or hotels?

Unfortunately, we can’t ship to P.O. boxes, BFPO addresses, hotels, or forwarding companies.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to make changes. Email us as soon as possible at studio@kittymccall.com.

Are your prints limited edition?

Some of our prints are limited edition and will be clearly marked on the product page. Once sold out, they won’t be restocked.

Are prints framed?

Prints are sold unframed unless stated otherwise. We offer framed options on selected pieces—please see individual product pages for details.

Do you offer custom sizes or commissions?

We occasionally accept custom work depending on our studio schedule. Feel free to email us with your request.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely! Leave a note at checkout if you’d like us to include a gift message.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! You can purchase digital gift cards here.

Are your materials sustainable?

We work with fulfilment partners who help us print and frame closer to your location, reduce emissions, and use eco-conscious packaging wherever possible.

What’s your returns policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most items in original condition. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable. You can read our full returns policy here.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us at studio@kittymccall.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible.
